  Incidentally, I heard of Benoit when I did office work for a general contractor. He had at least a few companies in his contact list for each trade, but when it came to electrical work there was only one name on his list. If that's not a vote of confidence, I don't know what is!

  good job on your advertising, online and the billboard. I chose you because of the good impression. It appears trustworthy and professional. prompt response and Denise was a great person to talk to on the phone, very friendly and understanding. Technician arrived on time, I couldn't remember his name but he was a cool guy. It's great to have a professional with good customer service oriented attitude to do the job. Very satisfied with the job done. I am looking forward to call you guys again for my next service.

  I called Benoit Electric to install new lighting in my basement. The team at Benoit from top-to-bottom are a pleasure to work with, and true professionals both in their trade and in customer service. John gave an informative estimate with honest suggestions, and Denise & Jessica at the office are ever-friendly and on top of booking and questions. The technician who performed the work listened to my preferences, was accommodating towards a last-minute change to the lighting scheme I wanted, and showed plenty of care down to the clean-up after the job was done.

  We woke up to find our lights dimmed and many of our appliances dead - including furnace (brrrrr!). Called Benoit Electric and described the problem to the lady who answered. She said it sounded like something might have been wrong with the powerline's connection to the house, and suggested I call NS Power, even gave me their customer service number.
